 Jennifer Smith has spent most of her life in Gilmer County. She
graduated from Gilmer High School in 1997, and later graduated
from Georgia Southern University with a B.S in Biology. She
later attended Georgia Highlands College where she
graduated summa cum laude from the dental hygiene program. She
was an elected member of the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental
Hygiene Honor Society and is a Thomas P. Hinman scholar. She is
also a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
Jennifer loves spending time with her husband and son. She is
very passionate about animals. Jennifer's main love
about practicing dental hygiene is encouraging patients in their
ability to care for their mouth and its correlation to their
general health. She has been with Lykins Family Dentistry since
2006.
